How can I return the goods?


If the item ordered at didn't suit you, or you did not like it and just changed your decision, you can return or change it to another one within 120 days from the receipt of the goods.


Only brand new and unused items with original tags in original packaging are suitable for returns and exchanges due to Return Policy. 



The items can be returned:


For free in the KOKOS store Lāčplēšu street 92, Riga, Latvia 
Do not worry - you have 120 days for it.

We will wait for you in the store, where  you can return or exchange the items for another ones at any time.


We work without days off.

Working days: 11:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 10:00-19:00
Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00

Contact us +371 24605177,, and we will send you a code for a refund.



1. Take the goods to the nearest Omniva parsel machine.
2. Select the function from menu "Private customer (Send pre-arranged parcels)".
3. Follow the instructions of the "Return Sheet" about how to return packages easily through the Omniva ATM.





Your payment will be refunded within 5 work days from the receipt of the items.
